The 2025 Kia Sportage is a Compact SUV that makes space its number one priority. 2025 Kia Sportage Engine

The 2025 KIA Sportage will use a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 187 Horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. which will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front- or all-wheel drive. During our initial test drive, we tried both the regular four-cylinder and the hybrid powertrain, and we were more impressed with the latter. At our test track, the non-hybrid Sportage took 8.6 seconds to reach 60 mph, compared to 7.4 seconds for the hybrid. The Sportage sits on a redesigned platform with a longer wheelbase than the previous generation, resulting in increased ride comfort.

The addition of rugged-looking trims like the X-Line gives the tiny ute an off-road vibe, but the X-Pro includes some technology to aid with hard terrain. It has black 17-inch rims and all-terrain tires, as well as multiple drive modes.
